Refund policy

Transactions for Returning or Exchanging any products must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and returned in all original packaging and boxes.

Please note that original and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (will be deducted as applicable from the original payment when calculating a refund). A 3% transaction fee applies to all cancelled orders. This is simply because payment gateways are no longer refunding the transaction fee to us on cancelled orders.

To make this process most efficient for the customer, it is important to follow the procedure below.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

STEP 1: Locate your Email Receipt with Order # and forward email to team@roketgear.com with an explanation of what product you wish to return. Please attach a picture or quick video of your product current condition to the email as well. Or use our online RETURNS FORM to submit the details.

STEP 2: Our team will review your information and upon qualification, will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and appropriate return address to ship your product back. DO NOT SEND PRODUCT TO US WITHOUT CONFIRMATION from the Roket Gear Team.

STEP 3: Return your NEW and UNUSED item with its original packaging to the address provided.

STEP 4: Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be credited to your credit card minus any applicable costs.

Returning an Item Under Warranty

All Roket Gear products are warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal use and maintenance without alterations for 1 YEAR from date of purchase. Our conditions for product warranty are as follows:

  • The consumer must have their original receipt from the dealer as proof of purchase.
  • Due to the inherent nature of hand-made products, colour or shape variations within our acceptable range or minor visual inconsistencies in Roket Gear may exist. Such occurrences do not affect the performance of Roket Gear and are not cause for warranty replacement.
  • This warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty.
  • The cost to the consumer of shipping a defective product to Roket Gear for warranty inspection will be reimbursed by Roket Gear, up to a maximum of $20 CDN, if the product is found to be covered by the warranty. In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
  • If, in Roket Gear’s determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty.

STEP 2: Our team will review your information and upon qualification, will send you a Warranty Authorization (WA) number and appropriate return address to ship your product back. DO NOT SEND PRODUCT TO US WITHOUT CONFIRMATION from the Roket Gear Team.

STEP 3: Return your Roket Gear SHELL ONLY to the address provided.

STEP 4: Once a return has been received and approved, Roket Gear will repair or replace the shell component if determined to be defective.

Customers must follow the manufacturer’s warranty/return instructions, so DO NOT SEND PRODUCT TO US WITHOUT CONFIRMATION. Sending product to us may result in lengthy delays and additional shipping charges to you. To assist you best, please provide clear descriptions, including pictures or videos, of any concerns along with pictures of damage, if any.
